Before your tenancy can begin, we need to verify your identity and confirm your ownership or interest in the property. The steps below outline what happens next:

Document submission: Once you’ve submitted your tenancy for approval, our Support Agents will review the documents.

Status update: Your tenancy status will be marked as ‘Awaiting Approval’ until it has been reviewed and actioned by a member of our team.

Verification: Our team will verify your identity, proof of ownership or interest in the property and the EPC validity.

We require a minimum of 1 working day before the tenancy start date to complete the approval process.

Our office hours are 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.
- If you need to create a tenancy outside of these hours, we recommend you create a manual tenancy agreement from the resources on the NRLA website.

If our team encounters any problems or requires additional information, they will contact you directly to resolve the issue.

If all documents and information are verified and accepted, you will receive an email confirmation that the tenancy has been approved.
